Great customer service and all around service. They installed 2 skylights in my kitchen last month. I highly recommend them. I used them before some years back when they did my roof. Spencer, his dad, and the rest of the crew were all nice people who look out for the customers best interest. I really appreciated their honesty with me.

Nick was personable, skilled, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process of replacing a section of my roof and repairing the area where the pergola adjoins the roof. Highly recommend First Out Roofing! Spencer came out the same day we called when we thought we had a roof leak. He helped us figure out it was actually our AC and didn’t charge for the inspection. He still checked the roof, found the cause of a separate patio leak, gave us a quote within a couple of days, and fixed it quickly with great workmanship. He also replaced rotting wood in the attic caused by the AC leak. Overall, amazing service, quality work, and a fast turnaround.
With so many roofing companies available, it’s hard to find the best one in the bunch. I got very lucky! Very professional, efficient, and worked around my travel schedule. Justin Smith was an absolute pleasure to work with, keeping me well informed along every step of the way. Not to mention, I now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood.
I greatly recommend Spencer. He came in really quick and helped me fixed the issue in no time. Am a first time home owner and was very nervous on seeing a leak in my kitchen through the edges of AC vent. But he checked the leak and explained me in very detail about the problem. It was a small minor issue of a nail placed wrongly in the Shingles and the leak was through it. I was surprised he did not charge as it is a Simple fix. I have scheduled a full roof inspection with him and looking forward for it.

First out roofing is great and Spencer is awesome!! Came to my house within a day to inspect a lift on my ridge vent. Looks like some critters trying to find a way into my attic. He did a quick fix and all good. Two months ago he fixed my chimney from raccoon damage. They also replaced my roof a few years back and still looks great.
We had a small leak in our bathroom exhaust fan. We called that evening and had Travis out the next morning. Travis was awesome,explained everything in detail, diagnosed the issue easily, and didn’t even charge to inspect our roof and diagnose the problem. We’re very pleased and will definitely be using first out roofing for all of our future roofing needs.

Like many of us I faced a significant hail claim with lousy insurance that fought with us and nickel and dimed me from the start to more than 1 YEAR LATER!!! We finally closed out the claim and I can’t say enough how grateful I am to First Out. I would’ve given up on me. Seriously, my insurance went full on idiot on me and first out but these guys stayed professional and with integrity fought for me and what was right to repair my home properly. These guys don’t treat you like just another order, I really felt like family that they were looking out for.
